Trying to get back up

After the surgery in December it's been one thing after another. I've had the stomach flu, the sinus cold, stomach flu still on and off and can't get rid of the sinus cold! Can't seem to get back on top of everything. Just had my thyroid and iron levels checked yesturday so maybe they'll come back in a way that I'll be able to get things under control. If my body wasn't so worn out it would recover better!
Mowing season is right around the corner and I'm getting more calls about that every day. So soon it will be time to leave Kolh's again and do that.
The boys are doing great and have been begging to go sledding for weeks now. So hopefully we make it up the hill this weekend.

Life at home

Things have been up and down around here. I feel fine one day and miserable the next! One day at a time!
We did find a truck finally nothing fancy. 1989 Chevy 1500 extended cab with a shell. The paint is coming off but other wise is in good shape and should do the summer job of mowing this year. Still waiting to hear from two big jobs to know if they are hiring us which would be good money wise. Trying to get the answers so I can start to set up the schedule and know what I'm doing this summer.
Tristan is doing great in school as a lot of his grades have improved. All the social skills have improved and that's a big thing for Tristan. Tristan will walk away from someone not being nice and not hit or do something back. He takes a break from that person even his brothers and that is a huge thing for Tristan! We are so proud of his efforts and how hard he's trying. He reads good and struggles with some letters and numbers still but otherwise he knows them all which is a huge improvement from the beginning of the year. Way to go Tristan!
Austin he's good at everything and next year in school he's going to fly right through school. He's working on learning to read with Tristan. He's smart like Steven and artistic like me! We'll see what he struggles with next year as I'm sure there's something. He likes to play games like his daddy so we have to work on that.
Preston has still been sick on and off like me. Otherwise he just goes and goes. He is sure he can do what ever the brothers do and he will stop at nothing to prove it. His vocabulary is increasing all the time and it's getting easier to know what he wants. He is all boy. Rough and tough and there's no stopping Preston!
